Personal and Jobsite Information: Information collected via our site’s “Contact Form” / “Get A Quote” is collected for the purpose of providing the best possible service to provide quotes, proposals, service calls and invoices upon completion.
Internal Storage of Information: Your information is stored on either encrypted servers within our locked server room, and/or on encrypted servers managed by Microsoft providing Office 365 and Sharepoint.
Access Policies
Information is accessible only by those authorized within our user management system. Any devices that connect to these servers utilize policies set within Microsoft Intune and/or Microsoft Azure. Such policies enforce strict requirements to ensure your data is safe. For example, devices require two-factor authentication which requires administrator approval. For example, device hard drives accessing these servers be encrypted and can even be remote locked (to ensure that no data is accessed in the event of a lost device).

For example, we may disclose information about you and your jobsite to third parties to assist us in pulling jobsite permits, shipping materials/fixtures directly to your location, and scheduling inspections.

Customer information and jobsite information are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize, and warranty when warranty coverage is applicable, any service performed and fixtures sold to clients.
